In this webinar Alex will explore the underlying imbalances that may contribute to SIBO, discussing the differences between hydrogen, methane and hydrogen sulfide. He will share research hypothesising that elevated methane or/and hydrogen sulfide can be an adaptive response to various stimuli, ranging from exercise to calorie deprivation. Finally, Alex will share a case study demonstrating the importance of taking a holistic and systems approach to supporting a client with chronic SIBO.
