Wednesday 13th July – Bone Health (Sue)
Losing bone is a normal part of ageing, but some people lose bone much faster than normal. This can lead to osteoporosis and an increased risk of broken bones. Osteoporosis affects over 3 million people in the UK.
More than 500,000 people receive hospital treatment for fragility fractures (bones that break after falling from standing height or less) every year as a result of osteoporosis.
This webinar will discuss the aspects of bone health and loss and the nutritional support needed to support bone and tissue health.
1 hour CPD with Sue McGarrigle ND
