A chemical imbalance in the body, like a micronutrient deficiency, a high level of chronic inflammation or toxins resulting from an unhealthy lifestyle can negatively impact our brain functioning, potentially leading to symptoms of cognitive decline. Women appear to be particularly vulnerable due to the added effect of hormonal imbalances.
Edelle O’Doherty-Nickels, Nutritional Therapist and former research chemist, teaches her clients that nutrition and lifestyle have a central role in the good functioning of the brain.
Join Edelle to learn more about how she uses diet and lifestyle interventions and nutritional supplements to help maintain cognitive functions in her clients.
