She qualified in Nutritional Therapy at CNM and has further qualifications in Life Coaching (Achievement Specialists)\,Health Coach (Zest4life) and is a certified Heart Math Coach. She is an experienced health coach trainer and mentor with Zest4life and the HealthCoaches Academy and is passionate about supporting nutritional therapists to become experts in behaviour change. She is a member of the BritishAssociation for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)\, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is a Heart Math certified andlicenced practitioner.
