This day will do just that! \nAfter a welcoming cuppa\, Hazel (www.thesamadhicentre.com) will welcome you with a slow flow Hatha Yoga class. Throughout the day Ciara and Hazel will include nutrition talks and practical tips on how to support digestion\, energy levels & hormonal balance while preparing the body for a spring clean. \nWe will encourage time for quiet and inspiration on the unspoiled lands of Slí na Bandé (only 44km – 35 minutes from Dublin). Following this you can sit back and relax in the cosy coffeehouse where we will serve you a nurturing vegetarian lunch by Nutritionist and Natural Chef\, Nicky Halliday ( https://www.nickyhalliday.com/ )  To wrap up Hazel will lead a yoga nidra class to allow the body and mind to open in a nurturing and relaxing way.
